2. Notice of Infringement — How to File a Claim

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice to determine whether it is complete and meets the statutory requirements
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is valid
• Notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed
• Document the takedown in our DMCA records as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512

4. Counter Notification

If you believe content was removed from nexitomedia.com as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). To be valid, your counter-notification must include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed content in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

NEXITO MEDIA LLC maintains records of all DMCA takedown notices received. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), NEXITO MEDIA LLC will terminate or deny access to the website for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
